Aimee Day 15/90- Weigh In Week 2

It's weigh in day! Good and bad day, but an exciting day. I like to weigh and measure myself because I like to see change. I also like charts and numbers, it's a very tangible way for me to measure success. This isn't for everyone, and I can see why.
Today went fairly well. I got up, read my scriptures, listened to a talk, did my hair, and put on make up. I worked and did some meditation during my lunch break. I had salmon, squash, and steamed cauliflower for lunch, raspberries + blueberries with mozzarella cheese for snack, and a turkey patty with grilled eggplant and beets for dinner. I had all of my water... but I ate ice cream when I got home. It's my weakness!
I didn't go to class tonight because  I have a weird rash on my face that may or may not be contagious. Then I put steroid cream on my face all day that took pigment out of my cheeks... now I look like a clown that didn't wash their make up off. Hopefully this will resolve and I won't want to claw my face off for the rest of eternity (SO. ITCHY.). But, I did workout! I ran a mile on the treadmill, which is getting faster, just under 9 minutes today. Then I did legs for 20 minutes, and abs for 15 minutes at home. I got Steven to come to the gym today, which was really nice :)
I did all the food prep for tomorrow but the kitchen is a mess... but I really need to get to bed to I can be ready for tomorrow.

Alright, I weighed in, and I'm 167.8 lbs! I was pretty happy :)
Day 1- 170.4 lbs
Day 8-169 lbs
Day 15-167.8 lbs
That's 2.6 lbs lost in two weeks. Which is pretty on target. I'd like to lose just a liiittttle bit more per week. 1.6-1.8 lbs. But I'll take it. I'm going to work really hard this week to lose the 1.6 and see how that goes.

We can do this! Keep reaching for you goals this week.

xoxo

  1. Go Aimee, yay! Though the clown face sounds slightly traumatic, just pretend it was intentional and if anybody comments just say I know doesn't it look beautiful.
