I love Friday's, they're my favoirte. I had a good day since I'm off work. I got my groceries at Aldi today and it was life changing. So amazing. I can't believe I've been paying so much for food. 
I had a work friend come over so I cleaned the house and then we ran two miles at the gym and did pilates at the apartment. I ate good until this evening when I had a cheeseburger... I know. I was so mad at myself. I'm making good progress and I already had my cheat treat and meal this week. Plus we are going to Kings Dominion tomorrow and aren't allowed to bring outside food in :/ but I'll make it work! 
I also read my scriptures today and listened to a podcast. 
Finally the weekend!

    Aldi is freaking awesome!!! Ours just reopened as our June tornado decided to go shopping their.

I think it is so important to understand that life was never meant to be easy. I have been really struggling lately. Some emotional and some physical, but it is kicking my butt. I have been trying to figure out what I can do to help me, but also properly execute my responsibilities at home as a wife and mother. I have been struggling to even just do the basics without losing my temper or checking out (Aaron has watched quite a bit of tv lately).  I made a check list that is pretty redundant, but it is necessary sometimes with my currant state of mind. It is divided into 4 parts; Personal, Kids, Zach, and Family/House. It has things as little and consistent as prayers and as changing as the specific chores that need to be done that particular day. Taylor - It's almost October!

 Long time no see! Austin and I are finally getting into more of a routine. His class work load is so much easier since switching majors from Mechanical Engineering to Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He's hoping that he might be able to squeeze in a weekend to go hunting this fall, he still needs to call Cameron and talk about it though.  We will be 28 weeks tomorrow, and I am so excited! The weather is starting to cool off, I've got most of our baby stuff washed, organized, and ready to go, and the fall colors are starting to show in the trees! Tonight is our 4/5 hypnobirthing class, and we will be spending the majority learning how to use counterpressure techniques and stuff to help during labor, which I'm pretty pumped about. ALSO, Austin and I both have job interviews on Friday! It's for seasonal positions at Artco (The Occassions Group) making greeting cards for the holidays.  This week is feeling redundant.  I know I still need to get to sleep but I'm so tired of trying and failing so now I want to change my goal.  However, like I said, I still need to get to sleep on time.  So I have as of not yet done much energy work on it and have on many other things which have improved.  Reasons I have failed to use it for this my current goal are many and right now sound like a bunch of excuses so I'm skipping those and today, Monday, am implementing at least one, maybe two techniques.  I will report on any results good or bad and I want progress on this one this week.  I am also going to include it heavily in my prayers, throughout the day if necessary.  This non progress has been the story of my efforts for a long time.  Since I know I'm supposed to focus on it then I am assuming I'm supposed to progress at it.  So here goes this week.  Goals: Planning meeting with God as soon as I am dressed and awake Alarm at...
