I see you but you can't see me

Ok really what happened is I fell off of the wagon.  I babysat for 3 1/2 days and nights and I got stressed and I got sick and so I haven't even looked at my goal journal for a week, no picture for you.  However next week I am starting a new plan.  You see I'm so tired of being sick and I've been getting sick very easily.  If you hadn't heard I think I might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  However it is not feasable to go to the doctor at this time.  So I feel worse when I eat sugar and I eat a lot!  In fact I am addicted to sugar.  I weigh more than I ever have and I feel worse than I ever have.  So I am doing what I don't usually believe in doing, I'm going on a diet.  But not for losing weight I am doing a diet for sugar/food addiction.  No sugar and no flour, regular meals and no snacks in between, and pre planned food that's weighed and includes a balance of carbs to protein with more vegetables than I'm accustomed to eating.  Don't know how long I'm doing this but I'll try it for now and see what kind of a difference it makes.  As for my other goals, I'm taking a couple off temporarily until my eating becomes easier but the majority are necessary for my life so I'll keep working on them.  However the number one goal will be that evening routine, it sets me up for getting things done in the morning and is where I'll be prepping and planning my food.

  1. Amber, I have been really suspicious as to whether or not I have IBS as well. That's one reason I have been doing no sugar. Though I still have random moments, it has been a lot better for me this past month. It might be hard in the moment when your addiction tells you that you need it now or you're gonna die, but it feels so good.

  2. Amber! I'm excited about all of this for you. I hope it makes you feel much better. I've had the same issues. It was getting ridiculous. But I've noticed a big difference with eating healthy and my tummy.
