Aimee Day 1/90

Day 1/90
Alright, day one is here! I got up and did everything I needed to for the morning. It felt great! Both of us are off for the holiday, so I got up at 7am, stretched for 20 minutes while I listened to my conference talk, did abs for 15 minutes, and ran a mile outside. Nice weather this morning, a little muggy.
I made a healthy breakfast with toast, fried eggs, fruit, and tomato and cucumber slices. I had leftover lasagna for lunch…. and then we went to Steven’s dad’s house for a bbq. I was doing really well, had a salmon patty, salad, and corn on the cob. Then I had a big sausage. Addison, his half sister, made a no bake Oreo cheesecake for dessert… she was so excited and I couldn’t say no! So, I had my cheat meal and snack on day one… oops haha. Food is my biggest downfall, and I know it’s going to be tricky maneuvering that during this 90 days.
I didn’t do as well on water as I would have liked.. I’ve had like 30oz. The day isn’t over and I’m going to get some more though!

I made the menu for the week and got all the groceries for the week. I did a couple hours of meal prep today, and I’ve got a couple more things to cook tonight. But things are looking good there.

Today I weighed in and took my measurements. I’m going to do that every 3 days, and weigh every week. I’ve tried to doing weight loss a lot of different ways. I’ve heard a lot about how using a scale is bad and creates the wrong mentality. Yes, I’m trying to get that number down. I want to look skinny and fit! But I know it’s about health and that’s very important to me right now too. That’s what this is about. But numbers are fun for me :)

Day 1 numbers:
  • Weight- 170.4lbs
  • Neck- 14.25”
  • Bust- 41”
  • L Arm- 11.50’’
  • R Arm- 11.25’’
  • Waist- 32’’
  • Hips- 41’’
  • Butt- 44’’
  • L Thigh- 24.50’’
  • R Thigh- 24.50’’
  • L Calf- 14.50’’
  • R Calf- 15’’

I took before photos, but I am not brave enough to show you those haha. Maybe someday.
I’m gonna go do my glute exercises and finish food prep and then bed by 8:30 so I can get up at 5am. I open the pediatrician office most of the week and I cannot be late!
Good luck and sweet dreams.
