Long time no see! Austin and I are finally getting into more of a routine. His class work load is so much easier since switching majors from Mechanical Engineering to Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He's hoping that he might be able to squeeze in a weekend to go hunting this fall, he still needs to call Cameron and talk about it though. We will be 28 weeks tomorrow, and I am so excited! Well my suggestions are 2 things. First trying no cheats allowed period. For the eight days I had no sugar it was fairly easy because I knew I couldn't have any. Meal plan of course but also either something useful or something fun/relaxing to do. If it's evening then plan a wind down activity but don't allow any food.
That was a lot but I'm done now. Don't give up I believe in you! And I love you Aimee.
