Slowly But Surely.
I always mean to get on here and write, but it doesn't actually happen often. I have been having a hard time lately with my anxiety though I think it is under control now. It was getting so bad that I would have random spells everyday that would throw me into a more severe depression. I think we have figured out some things that are working for me. I have continued trying to wake up at the same time (Aaron is a very consistent alarm) and I am still trying to eat a 0 simple carb, high protein breakfast. The breakfast is actually the hardest because Aaron is up and really wants attention. I have also added an omega-3 to my prenatal vitamins(prenatals because I am still nursing. I am not pregnant). I am also trying to get as much sun as possible for vitamin D. All of that plus taking care of whatever is in my ability as far as what is giving me anxiety(cleaning something, making moving plans, etc).
I have held firm on my no sugar, but I am really bad still at stretching and exercising. I weighed myself this morning and I am at 188lbs which makes 10lbs lost since we started. I want to take off at least 13 more pounds by late spring (my ring almost fits back on my ring finger). I need to incorporate more exercise to keep the weight loss going.
