Amber New Start : trying something different
Hi everyone,
I'm back on my goals! They have changed a little in fact I'm working on just a few at a time. Step one is to get a good foundation. My goals have failed in a large part to my tiredness so here are my goals I'm working on for the next two weeks.
1. Better Scripture study - for me this means I study until I get something worth sharing with someone. I've decided to share here on the blog, however I'll just do a weekly post and update it everyday. So if you want to see on my posts you can check the weekly post everyday or just at the end.
2. Reset my sleep schedule to wake at 6 am and sleep at 10 pm - To that end I have two routines which I have adjusted slightly from there former shape. The two most important parts to the morning are that when I wake instead of rolling over to say a prayer I get out of the bed, make it, dress, and then I say a prayer. Then I go for a short walk. No more lying in bed and wasting time on my phone. The most important part about the evening is that at 9:30 no more electronics.
3.Work on my sewing/craft projects - this one is just for fun, If I don't get much done then no big deal but if I get anything done then I'll put my progress here.
That's it, yes that's all I'm insisting I do until I get my sleep schedule fixed. If after two weeks I've succeeded then I'll add some of my other goals. If anyone would like to join me in posting your own goals it would keep me company. Love you all!
