15 Week Introduction
I've really been struggling lately. I was reflecting on how I can help myself move forward, and remembered that the last time I was making real progress was when I attempted my 90 day journey. I did it all wrong, trying to do all of those things every day became too much. So, I proposed a new plan for myself. 15 weeks of improvement for myself. Starting tomorrow. I'll set goals in different aspects of my life and work on different goals each week, adding every week. I don't know if I'll meet all of my way goals at the end of the 15 weeks, but I'm going to do my best to do it smartly.
All of these categories bleed into each other, in my opinion, but they will be categorized none the less.
Spiritual- Making spiritual goals have always been hard for me. Because they aren't always measurable in words for me, as it it a feeling? But I'll make a list of things that I want to do to steer in me in the right direction.
-Daily personal and family prayer.
-Daily scripture study
-Nightly journaling
-No spending on Sunday
-Have a Sunday lesson
-FHE
-Reach out to my ministering sisters
-Ask for a calling and fulfill it
Emotional/mental- this has been my biggest stumbling block in the past and one of the biggest currently. I'd really like to have this become something I can master so that when things come along, I can properly get through trials that come my way.
-Start seeing a therapist
-Do 10 mins of meditating/stretching a day
-Night things
-Morning things (Includes waking up at a decent time)
-Wear some make up every day
Physical-I'm going to be working on fat loss, eating healthy, and heal my gut. My long-term goal is to find a fitness plan/regimen that works for me throughout my life so that I can be consistently healthy.
-workout 5 days a week
-Stretch daily
-Drink 100oz water daily
-Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
-Eat healthy well-balanced meals
-Food prep
-Lose 30lbs (at 190)
-Limit processed sugar to special occasions
-Take bio pills with meals
-Limit fat that irritates gut
Tomorrow I will post details of my first week and what I will attempt.
Wow lots of good goals here Aimee, I'm going to go look at your week one now.
