I'm not really sure what to say. This week was pretty uneventful.
I have been going to work and working on my goals and doing well for the most part.
A new recipe I tried this week that I really liked was, mushrooms and spinach sautéed with butter, garlic and red pepper flakes. Half way through cooking put swiss cheese on top, let it melt. Then put roast chicken/tofu with the spinach and mushrooms in a tortilla.
I am getting a little frustrated with therapy, I still really like her. But I always seem to already be doing what they tell me will help my issues. I've spent lots of time researching and listening to other peoples experience with mental health that I feel like I know what to do and how to do it. But it never helps all the way and I don't ever know what to do next and neither does anyone else I guess. Yes I've made a ton of progress over the last couple years with the tactics they teach in therapy, I just want a solution to help everything haha but I guess that's not how it works. I don't really like talking about it with people, they always give me advice and I already know what they are saying, I hate to sound like a know it all or arrogant but that's just how its worked out for me and I don't want to hear it again. Anyways enough.
Here are a few more of my morning/meditation drawings.

Alyse, I guess there's not a catch all thing for mental health. But I think continuing to work on yourself in those ways will help your life to flow better. I like your drawings :)
