 the last two weeks have been very emotionally draining, but im feeling much better now.

my psychiatrist put me on new antidepressants which have been working great so far and diagnosed me with ADHD which I heavily suspected but im glad i know for sure now.

    It is really nice to know such things. After my most recent tooth got it's crown it continued to hurt and I thought it just needed more time. I finally gave in and had them check it out and discovered it needs a root canal. Sure it will cost me money and I'll have to go back in but I can't tell you how relieved I am just to know what is wrong! I can quit trying to chew on it and make it work because it will be fixed in a couple weeks.

I think it is so important to understand that life was never meant to be easy. I have been really struggling lately. Some emotional and some physical, but it is kicking my butt. I have been trying to figure out what I can do to help me, but also properly execute my responsibilities at home as a wife and mother. I have been struggling to even just do the basics without losing my temper or checking out (Aaron has watched quite a bit of tv lately).  I made a check list that is pretty redundant, but it is necessary sometimes with my currant state of mind. It is divided into 4 parts; Personal, Kids, Zach, and Family/House. It has things as little and consistent as prayers and as changing as the specific chores that need to be done that particular day. My checklist haste been a really good way for me to feel like I am getting things done, but also lets me know what I might be neglecting. Taylor - It's almost October!

 Long time no see! Austin and I are finally getting into more of a routine. His class work load is so much easier since switching majors from Mechanical Engineering to Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He's hoping that he might be able to squeeze in a weekend to go hunting this fall, he still needs to call Cameron and talk about it though.  We will be 28 weeks tomorrow, and I am so excited! The weather is starting to cool off, I've got most of our baby stuff washed, organized, and ready to go, and the fall colors are starting to show in the trees! Tonight is our 4/5 hypnobirthing class, and we will be spending the majority learning how to use counterpressure techniques and stuff to help during labor, which I'm pretty pumped about.  This week is feeling redundant.  I know I still need to get to sleep but I'm so tired of trying and failing so now I want to change my goal.  However, like I said, I still need to get to sleep on time.  So I have as of not yet done much energy work on it and have on many other things which have improved.  Reasons I have failed to use it for this my current goal are many and right now sound like a bunch of excuses so I'm skipping those and today, Monday, am implementing at least one, maybe two techniques.  I will report on any results good or bad and I want progress on this one this week.  I am also going to include it heavily in my prayers, throughout the day if necessary.  This non progress has been the story of my efforts for a long time.  Since I know I'm supposed to focus on it then I am assuming I'm supposed to progress at it.  So here goes this week.  Goals: Planning meeting with God as soon as I am dressed and awake Alarm at...
